Right of withdrawal

The Right of withdrawal art. 4/9 D.Lgs. 15/01/1992, n.50 the consumer who intends to exercise the right referred to in article 4 must send to the commercial operator or to the person indicated in the previous art.5, where it is different, a communication to this effect within the period of 14 days running.

The consumer must return unopened, unused items and in their original packaging within 14 days. Partial or temporary use of articles inhibits the right of withdrawal. After receiving and checking the items, you will receive a refund for the returned items within 10 days. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
